1. About The Masterclass

"Clarity Before Capital" is a 90-minute online masterclass hosted by Ankit Goyal and Ashish Goyal of AAMOD Group, created for business owners planning expansion projects.

Registration is subject to availability and confirmation by the AAMOD Group team.

2. Eligibility & Registration

The masterclass is intended for genuine business owners, promoters, and business leaders. AAMOD Group may decline or cancel a registration that does not meet the stated audience profile.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information while registering.

3. No Guarantee Of Results

The masterclass shares a framework and documented examples for understanding project cost, funding structure, subsidies, and working capital.

Every business is different. Actual savings, benefits, or outcomes depend on your industry, location, project size, eligibility, funding, and execution. Nothing in the session should be treated as a guarantee of specific results or as investment, legal, or tax advice for your specific project.

4. Conduct During The Session

Session content, materials, and recordings are the intellectual property of AAMOD Group and are for your personal learning only. Recording, redistribution, or commercial use of the session content is not permitted without written consent.

We request respectful conduct towards hosts and other attendees; AAMOD Group may remove disruptive participants from the session.

5. Fees & Cancellation

Where the session is offered free of cost, no fee is charged for attending. For any paid editions, the applicable fee and refund/cancellation terms will be clearly stated at the time of registration.

AAMOD Group may reschedule or cancel a session for operational reasons; in such cases, registered participants will be informed and offered an alternate session where possible.

6. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AAMOD Group and its representatives are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from decisions taken based on the general information shared in the masterclass.

You are advised to seek project-specific professional advice before committing capital to any expansion.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at the location of AAMOD Group's principal office.
